Inside and out, this beautiful house located in the heart of the village of l'Épine, on the island of Noirmoutier, reveals many charms. Behind its white walls and light blue shutters, this holiday rental unveils authentic features such as wooden panelling, beams, a fireplace and stone walls.
The 3 bedrooms, spread across the 2 floors and fitted with parquet flooring, offer appreciable comfort, thanks to their brand new bedding, changed in 2024. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, whilst the second has a double bed and a single bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (double at the bottom and single at the top). The house can accommodate up to 7 people (6 adults and 1 child), and equipment such as the travel cot, high chair and changing mat also allow for a baby to be accommodated.
To facilitate daily life during a family or friends' stay, the house offers two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower) as well as two toilets. The large independent kitchen is fully equipped, including a hood and an island. The multi-crêpe maker and the pierrade are available to organise festive dinners. The house is also equipped with television and wifi, as well as board games and books for all ages.
The garden, entirely enclosed by walls and hedges, is planted with trees to preserve your peace and quiet. The wooden decking terraces, with garden furniture and barbecue, allow you to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day.
L'Epine is a pleasant village on the island of Noirmoutier, connected to the Vendée by a bridge and a submersible road, the Gois. Shops, bakeries, bars, crêperie, and small supermarket are gathered in the town centre. L'Epine beach is located 1 km from the rental property. On this side of the island, it extends through a succession of sandy beaches and areas for shellfish gathering. Coastal paths and cycling routes crisscross the island, pass through salt marshes, reach Noirmoutier and its colourful market, the lovely Bois de la Chaize beach, the lively port of l'Herbaudière, the charming village of Vieil… Each activity and outing is an opportunity to discover the natural sites, typical heritage and hidden corners of the island. You will be able to hire bicycles just a few steps from the house.

Très sympathiques surprises accueillantes que nous vous laissons découvrir. Une bonne adresse proche du centre de l épine pour tout faire à pied dans la si belle lumière de l île.

Here is a lovely new house, located in L'Épine! It awaits you for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay with family or friends. Very close to the surrounding beaches, you will be able to easily go and relax on the warm sand and dive into the salty water.
Its large terrace will allow you to enjoy breakfast accompanied by fresh air, and you will also be able to gather there to prepare and enjoy grilled food accompanied by a refreshing drink.
Inside, the living space is a soothing corner thanks to its light colours and the wood that dominates. Stay in L'Épine in this lovely modern and bright house, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and shops. Perfectly equipped, it can accommodate up to 7 people for a peaceful holiday on the island of Noirmoutier.
From the entrance, you are welcomed into a pleasant veranda, perfect for a moment of reading or a quiet coffee. It gives access to a warm living space, composed of a cosy lounge and an open-plan American kitchen. This is equipped with everything necessary to prepare your meals: refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, gas hobs, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle and all useful utensils. From the kitchen, you have direct access to an enclosed, verdant and well-appointed garden, with garden furniture, barbecue and a 25 m² terrace, ideal for sharing a meal outdoors.
On the sleeping side, the house comprises three comfortable bedrooms. On the right as you enter, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) is adjoining a children's bedroom, equipped with a bunk bed (90x190) and a single bed (90x190). Next to these two bedrooms you will find a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. An additional separate WC is available. From the lounge, you have access to a third bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
For your comfort, the house is also equipped with a washing machine. Although there is no parking space assigned to the accommodation, you will find parking spaces 150 m away on Avenue de la Liberté and free parking on Place Général de Gaulle.
