From the entrance, you access a pleasant 30 m² tree-lined courtyard, perfect for your summer meals and outdoor relaxation moments. A former independent painting workshop has been converted into an outbuilding, offering a space with a sofa and desk, ideal for creative activities, reading, or simply escaping for a moment.
Inside the house, you will be welcomed by an independent and fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, cafetière, toaster, kettle and all the necessary crockery to cook as if at home. The adjoining living area consists of a warm living room and a bright dining room, perfect for family meals or friendly evenings. A shower room and a separate toilet complete the ground floor.
Upstairs, the night area consists of two comfortable bedrooms: a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140x190), and a closed bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a washbasin area. On this floor, a second bathroom with shower and toilet is also available for your comfort.
For added convenience, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an iron. Although there is no private parking space at the accommodation, you can park for free on the street a few metres from the house.
