Discover this lovely family home located in Portes-en-Ré, a haven of tranquillity just a few minutes' walk from the village centre and beaches. Perfectly equipped and bright, it welcomes you for a rejuvenating stay by the sea, in one of the most sought-after villages on the island of Ré.
Outside, enjoy a pleasant fully enclosed garden, ideal for letting children play safely, as well as a 45 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture to appreciate the gentle Ré evenings.
As soon as you enter, you will discover a vast and warm living room, furnished with several comfortable sofas and equipped with a large library to enhance your moments of relaxation. A decorative fireplace houses the television (connected with a bouquet of channels), giving the whole space a cosy and friendly atmosphere. Extending from this, a spacious veranda invites you to share meals at a large table while enjoying an unobstructed view of the garden, whatever the season.
Adjacent to the living space, the open-plan kitchen is perfectly equipped: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster and kettle. A small integrated table allows for a quick breakfast before going out to explore the island.
The night area consists of four rooms adapted for the whole family: two rooms each have a double bed (140x190), a third offers two single beds (90x190), and a fourth accommodates a single bed (90x190). Two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer complete the ensemble, one of which is equipped with a toilet. For added comfort, a second separate toilet is also available.
The house also provides a washing machine and an iron. The development has two car parks, the spaces of which, unassigned, are reserved for residents. You will thus be able to park free of charge and easily, subject to availability.
