Discover this lovely family home located in Portes-en-Ré, a haven of tranquillity just a few minutes' walk from the village centre and beaches. Perfectly equipped and bright, it welcomes you for a rejuvenating stay by the sea, in one of the most sought-after villages on the Île de Ré.
Outside, enjoy a pleasant fully enclosed garden, ideal for letting children play safely, as well as a 45 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the gentle Ré evenings.
From the entrance, you will discover a vast, warm living space, furnished with several comfortable sofas and equipped with a large bookcase to enhance your relaxation moments. A decorative fireplace houses the television (connected with a package of channels), giving the whole space a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Further on, a spacious veranda invites you to share your meals at a large table whilst enjoying a clear view of the garden, whatever the season.
Adjacent to the living area, the open-plan kitchen is perfectly equipped: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster and kettle. A small integrated table allows you to have a quick breakfast before heading off to explore the island.
The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms suited to the whole family: two bedrooms each have a double bed (140x190), a third offers two single beds (90x190), and a fourth welcomes a single bed (90x190). Two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer complete the set-up, one of which is equipped with WC. For added comfort, a second separate WC is also available.
The house also provides a washing machine and an iron. Although there are no private parking spaces at the property, you will easily find a free parking space in the car parks reserved for residents of the housing estate around the house.
