Welcome to this new house located in the Larvor district, in Loctudy, just 600 metres from the beach. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it can accommodate up to 8 people and has a garden, a furnished terrace and a barbecue to enjoy summer meals outdoors. Enjoy the fine sandy beaches for swimming, explore the charming port of Lesconil nearby, take a stroll along the coastline or try out water sports activities. It is the ideal starting point for a stay in South Bigouden Country.
Push open the front door and let yourself be seduced by this modern and bright house. After walking through the hallway, you will discover a large, warm living space with direct access to the terrace. The open, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster. Meals can be shared around the dining table indoors for 8 people or outside on the terrace, perfect for fine weather. The lounge area, with its comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a television, is ideal for relaxing moments in the evening.
The sleeping area consists of 4 sleeping spaces. On the ground floor, a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) has its own en-suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms are equipped with King Size beds (180x200 cm), which can be converted into two single beds according to your needs. A fourth room, more versatile, offers a double sofa bed with a proper mattress and a desk, representing the last sleeping space in the accommodation. Please note that you will need to bring large fitted sheets if you bring your own bedding, as the mattresses are thick.
A second bathroom with shower and 2 independent toilets complete the accommodation.
For your comfort, a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron are at your disposal.
A baby kit is available to you with high chair, baby bed, potty, toilet seat booster and baby bath.

This house for 9 people, offering a holiday atmosphere, will be the ideal place for your stay in Loctudy with family or friends! The beaches are nearby (5 minutes on foot) for swimming, walks and rock pooling sessions. If you also wish to enjoy the house, it has everything you need to relax: you will enjoy having breakfast on the terrace, the sauna and heated swimming pool will allow you a relaxing time, you can challenge each other around the table tennis or table football, and the enclosed and tree-lined garden will allow you to sunbathe. Then, in the evening, you will enjoy preparing and savouring good grilled food.
In winter, the house remains just as welcoming! The heated swimming pool is available all year round, allowing you to enjoy the pleasures of swimming even in cold weather. After a relaxation session in the sauna, warm yourself up in the lounge with a nice fireplace fire.
