Large warm and welcoming house of 230 m² located in Mesquer which has 6 bedrooms including one on the mezzanine and can accommodate up to 14 people. The distribution of the rooms is as follows: four bedrooms and one on the mezzanine each have a double bed and one bedroom has four single beds. Three rooms are located on the ground floor. It has a large garden of 13,000 m², a terrace of 80m² with garden furniture, a barbecue and a beautiful fireplace. You will also find a TV, DVD player, radio, radio, baby bed and high chair, iron and hairdryer. All bedding is new. The independent kitchen is equipped with ceramic stovetops, a fridge-freezer, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a raclette machine. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a second refrigerator. An outdoor parking space with six spaces complete this accommodation.

la maison est bien équipée. La déco est mieux que ce que les photos laissent imaginer. Cuisine bien equipee, grande veranda et plage à 5 min en velo. seuls défauts, 1 toilette, une salle d'eau mais c'est indiqué sur le descriptif.

Die Doppelbetten oben könnten demnächst beide neuere Matratzen gebrauchen. Das Kuscheln wird hier durch Zusammenrollen gefördert:) Dann schläft man selig. Im unteren Schlafzimmer war im Gegensatz zu den oberen kein Mückengitter.
