Outside, you will enjoy a spacious terrace of 40 m², a true asset of the house. Fitted with garden furniture and a plancha, it will be perfect for sharing your meals outdoors and enjoying beautiful summer evenings. A balcony completes the outdoor spaces.
Inside, you enter directly into a pleasant and friendly living room. The living room consists of a sofa, three comfortable armchairs, as well as a television, ideal for your moments of relaxation. A little further, a large table that can accommodate up to 6 people will allow you to share your meals in a friendly atmosphere.
The independent kitchen, located nearby, also has a round table for 4 people. Fully equipped, it includes induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
On the night side, the house has 2 comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200), a wardrobe
Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190), a large wardrobe and a small desk
A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer is available as well as a separate toilet for added comfort.
