Description
Come and discover Montignac-Lascaux, a charming village located on the banks of the Vézère river, in the heart of a natural setting, typical of the valley. You can stay in this stone house full of character, which can accommodate up to six people, ideal for a family or friends' stay. You will appreciate the subtle blend of old-world charm, with its exposed beams in the living room, and modern touches that bring comfort to the accommodation.
A true asset of the house: a pool almost on the rooftops, an intimate and pleasant space where you can relax and refresh yourself at any time of the day.
You can enjoy a terrace area, ideal for savouring your meals outdoors. A barbecue is also available for gourmet and convivial moments.
You can access the house through the garage. By going up the stairs, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for cooking. You will also find a washroom and an independent toilet.
To access the living room, you just need to climb a small staircase. The living room has a sofa, a television and a stove to keep you warm during the winter. You will also find the dining room and the terrace there.
The first bedroom is accessible by another staircase and is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200). On the top floor, you will find the two other bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200) and the other with a king-size bed (180x200). The second washroom is also located upstairs.
Access to the swimming pool is also via a staircase. Unfortunately, this house is not suitable for young children or people with reduced mobility due to its many stairs.
Regarding parking, you can park on the street.
