Able to accommodate up to 6 people, this house consists of a large living space with a living room and fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a view of the garden, a children's bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and separate toilets. The house is surrounded by a walled garden with a terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, etc...) and opens onto the living room with its sofa bed capable of accommodating two people. Outside, several relaxation areas await you: the terrace and its plancha, the garden furniture and its ideal exposure, a hammock corner for a nap.
Finally, a mezzanine offers you a peaceful corner for a moment of reading or watching a film on television. Its sofa can also be unfolded as it is a sofa bed.
The little extras: a washing machine and you will be able to park your vehicle on the plot.
The location is 10 minutes walk from the city centre and close to all amenities:
- 300 m from the "Casino" supermarket and bakery
- 300 m from the restaurant "Le Bistro des Enfants Nantais"
- 750 m from the restaurant "Le Parallèle". In terms of activities and transport,
- 10 minutes walk from Nantes Station
- 11 km from Nantes Atlantique airport,
- 45 minutes to reach La Baule.
You will include the Castle of the Dukes, the historic Bouffay district and the renowned Botanical Garden on the menu of your discoveries. The more daring aspects of the city will meet you on the island of Nantes, near the Elephant and the Machines or in the evenings at the Lieu Unique. To change horizons, simply take the train or car to relax on the Atlantic beaches, a 3/4 hour drive away.
Your arrival can be made until 8:30 pm at the latest.

Entgegen der Aussage in der Anzeige war doch ein reservierter und abgesicherter Parkplatz auf dem abgesicherten Grundstück verfügbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und man hat fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2ten Stosee more
Entgegen der Aussage in der Anzeige war doch ein reservierter und abgesicherter Parkplatz auf dem abgesicherten Grundstück verfügbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und man hat fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2ten Stock, unter dem Dach. Trotzdem waren die Temperaturen in den Räumen sehr angenehm.
Alles in allem eine sehr gute Wahl. |
