The real asset: the beach is just 100 metres away! The perfect opportunity to enjoy it at any time of day, whether to cool off this summer or for morning walks with your feet in the sand.
Upon your arrival, you will discover a warm living room space, equipped with a sofa, comfortable armchairs and a large decorative fireplace. Just behind, a friendly dining table awaits you, accompanied by a television for your moments of relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchen is located in continuity. It has everything necessary for cooking: oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, as well as numerous utensils.
A long corridor serves the bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with bunk beds, ideal for children. The three other rooms each have two single beds (90x190), which you can bring together to form a large double bed according to your needs.
You will also have access to a washroom with shower and toilet, as well as a bathroom. A washing machine is also available.
To park, two private parking spaces are available right in front of the house.

It's a house that will steal your heart that we are offering you in the commune of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île. Designed to accommodate 10 people (6 adults and 4 children), this lovely traditional house, recently renovated, with its beautiful old beams and magnificent terrace, will seduce you at first glance. In addition to its charm, it is ideally located 200 m from the Plage de la Blanche.
You can access it through a well-maintained garden, in which an outdoor shower with hot water has been specially installed for beach returns. You immediately find its large terrace fitted out for meals around delicious grilled dishes prepared on the wood barbecue and electric plancha, and its large relaxation lounge, ideal for aperitifs, long discussions or breaks during your busy days.

Upon entering the main house, a beautiful, spacious living area welcomes you. In a lovely palette of light colours and wood, you'll discover a contemporary and spacious kitchen, with everything you'll need to prepare delicious little dishes, thanks to its induction hob and traditional and microwave ovens. You'll also find a refrigerator, a freezer to stock up on good ice creams, and a dishwasher to escape the chore. For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, and a Nespresso pod coffee maker are at your disposal.
In the middle of the kitchen, a large, friendly wooden table awaits you to savour the fruit of your culinary efforts. The living room is furnished with a beautiful contemporary sofa, poufs and a cosy rug where one can also sit. Everyone will find their place when the desire to watch a bit of television arises.
The visit continues in the night section. A first bedroom with terracotta tones welcomes you with its double bed. The second, with a more wooden decor, also offers a double bed. The third bedroom is probably the most important, as it is the children's room. A charming dormitory for four with bunk beds, ideal for telling stories and chatting far too late.
Finally, the bathroom, with an Italian-style shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC, completes this accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are at your disposal. You can also enjoy its petanque pitch, its parking space on the plot, and it is also possible to store your bicycles in the garage.
