At only 200 metres from the beach of La Blanche and near the most beautiful beaches of Noirmoutier, this pleasant 50 m² house welcomes you for a family stay. Functional and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 4 people in a quiet environment, just a stone's throw from the ocean.
Outside, you will enjoy two terraces of approximately 17 m² each, located on either side of the house. Fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue, they are ideal for sharing meals under the Vendée sun and enjoying the sea air at any time of the day.
Inside, you will arrive directly in a friendly and bright living room. The living room, consisting of a sofa, two armchairs, a television and a decorative fireplace that brings charm to the whole. Two glass doors allow access to the terraces located on each side of the house and bring beautiful brightness. In the extension, the dining room offers a table that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The independent kitchen, functional and well-equipped, includes vitroceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all the necessary equipment for cooking.
The accommodation offers 3 sleeping areas:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: a single bed (90x190)
- Mezzanine: a single bed (90x190)
Two bathrooms with shower and WC complete the set.
A private parking space is available at the entrance of the cul-de-sac, about ten metres from the house.
For your comfort, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.
