Welcome to Noirmoutier-en-l'Île where this lovely holiday home welcomes you for a comfortable stay. Located in a new housing estate, it is just a stone's throw from the town centre and only 2 km from the beaches, easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 travellers, (6 adults and 2 children). You will enjoy a fenced garden with a fitted terrace, barbecue and plancha for your outdoor meals. A heated swimming pool at 26 degrees and available from 15 April to 30 September will allow you to relax and enjoy the sun. It is the ideal starting point for exploring the island.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a beautiful living space open to the terrace. The modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home.
