Outside the house, a true haven of peace awaits you: a closed garden, a large 50m² terrace as well as a patio of the same size with garden furniture, sun loungers, outdoor table, barbecue and of course... a private heated swimming pool (open from 6 June to 27 September) to fully enjoy the beautiful sunny days of Noirmoutier.
Upon your arrival, you will be charmed by the beautiful living space bathed in light, open to the garden thanks to large bay windows. The lounge area invites relaxation with its two comfortable leather sofas and matching armchair, perfect for gathering as a family after a day at the beach. The atmosphere is warm and refined, carried by a carefully curated decoration blending natural elements and contemporary touches. On the dining room side, an elegant wrought-iron table surrounded by matching chairs awaits you to share good meals in complete conviviality, in a setting that is both authentic and comfortable.
The independent kitchen, spacious and perfectly equipped, will delight cooking enthusiasts. You will find: gas hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter and Tassimo), toaster, kettle and all the utensils necessary for preparing good meals.
On the night side, the house is spread over two levels for more privacy. On the ground floor, two bedrooms are at your disposal: one with two single beds (90x190) and the other with a Queen Size bed (160x190). You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, hairdryer, as well as separate toilets. Upstairs, two other bedrooms complete the night area: one with a double bed (140x190), the other with two single beds (90x190). A washroom and a second separate toilet complete this floor.
For even more comfort, the house is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the accommodation.
