Discover this pleasant family home of 125 m², ideal for accommodating up to 8 people, located in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, in a calm and verdant environment, close to the town centre and beaches. With its enclosed garden and beautiful outdoor spaces, it is perfect for family holidays, combining relaxation, nature and island discoveries.

Outside, a fully enclosed garden awaits you to enjoy the fine weather in complete peace and quiet. The 40 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, will allow you to enjoy your meals in the open air.

Inside the house, from the moment you enter, you will be captivated by a beautiful living space. On the right, an open-plan kitchen integrates harmoniously with the lounge/dining room area. The lounge, welcoming and comfortable, with its sofa, beautiful fireplace (wood not provided, logs of maximum 50 cm) and television invites you to gather around a film or a moment of relaxation after your days of excursions.
