Come discover this large modern house with an area of 107m2 located in the Herbaudière district at the Point of Noirmoutier-en-l'Ile. It has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. You will have the pleasure of staying just 200 meters from the sea, with the bonus of a sea view from one of the bedrooms!

Enter and discover the large living space. On one side, a living room with its comfortable sofas invites you to sit and relax, gather for an aperitif, watch a movie, or follow a sporting event on television. On the other side, a long table awaits you to share convivial meals.

Right next to you, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen with: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Tassimo, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you might need. Enough to cook delicious meals for your loved ones.

On the night side, the ground floor also features a beautiful master bedroom with two single beds (80x200) that can be brought together to form a Queen Size bed (160x200). Its adjoining bathroom has a hair dryer, and you will also find a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you can rest in one of the three other rooms in the house: one of them has a beautiful sea view, so hurry up and settle in!
