Take advantage of this nice hoomy house, 300 meters from the Dunes beach, in the North of the Island of Noirmoutier. In siblings or with friends, you will like it. The ground floor is new and modern, while the first floor is in a vintage style. Each has his living space and can enjoy of a quieter moment to relax, read, watch television… Fully equipped, the kitchen is open on the living room : fridge, freezer, dishwasher… The house also have a washing machine for long stays. Each bedroom have a washbasin, it's easier to get organized in the two shower rooms. Four in number, the bedrooms are spacious. On the ground floor, there is the master bedroom and upstairs, the other three bedrooms. The garden is large, very quiet and out of sight.
On the occasion, our concierge will explain that once this house was used to grow potatoes.

At Noirmoutier, the local sport is the walk fishing, then, bring a claw and a shell hook to explore this part of the island, which is more confidential. The Lutins beach is only crowded by regular visitor. Between rocky parts and small coves of soft sand, take a walk and continue towards the South, join the large beach of Luzéronde. In order to move on the island, we recommend cycling. From Herbaudière, you are just few minutes from Le Vieil, Noirmoutier-en-l'île and the inevitable Bois de la Chaize beach and its famous sailing club. Take a picture of yourself in front of the traditional wooden beach cabins... And calculate your time of arrival to discover the Island arriving by Le Gois, it's a magical moment !
