Outside, you will enjoy a large enclosed garden of 700 m², ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fine weather. A large terrace of 55 m² furnished with garden furniture will allow you to share your meals outdoors and fully enjoy sunny days on the sun loungers.
Inside, you enter directly into a beautiful, welcoming living space combining the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge, furnished with two sofas and two armchairs, is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to prepare your meals.
On the sleeping side, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms spread over two levels:
