Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison. Idéalement située entre l’Herbaudière et Noirmoutier ce qui permet de tout faire à vélo ! La maison se trouve dans une petite impasse avec une cour ce qui permet aux enfants de jouer en sécurité et de ne pas entendre les véhicules sur la route. En revanche, nous avons été un peu déçus que les photos ne représentent pas l’exacte réalité : portique, parasol et barbecue manquants. Il n’y avait pas non plus les aliments de base type huile, vinaigre, etc pourtant mentionnés dans l’annonce. Dommage, mais cela n’a pas entaché notre appréciation de la maison que nous recommandons vivement ! |

L'appartement, situé dans une résidence neuve et bien aménagée autour, est spacieux, agréable et bien équipé, notamment au niveau de la cuisine. Il est situé dans un quartier calme à partir duquel on peut rejoindre à pied le centre ville et la plage. La terrasse et le petit espace jardin sans vis à vis et complétement clôturés, avec parasol et meubles de jardin sont bien appréciables également. |

For 4 people, this hoomy house comprising two bedrooms with two double beds welcomes you for a holiday in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, and more particularly in L'Herbaudière. In the style of the 1970s, this house is comfortable. Its lounge/dining room is large and bright. Enjoy the outdoors, the terrace and the garden: lie down, sunbathe, listen to the birdsong...beautiful moments of relaxation in prospect. Equipped, this holiday home will satisfy you: refrigerator, freezer, washing machine... Come and get away from it all!
At Noirmoutier, the local sport is rock pooling, so equip yourself with a rake and a shellfish hook to discover this more confidential part of the island. Lutins Beach is only frequented by regulars. Between rocky sections and small coves of soft sand, take a stroll and, continuing southwards, reach the large Luzéronde Beach. To get around the island, we recommend cycling.
