The tree-lined garden, situated at the front and back of the house, is entirely enclosed, perfect for relaxing in complete peace and quiet. You will find garden furniture and a barbecue there, perfect for your summer grilling.

From the entrance, a hallway leads to an independent kitchen, perfectly equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
