In the calm of its quiet street, in a residential area, this beautiful and large new house in a style typical of Noirmoutier welcomes you with open arms.
With an area of 120m2, it can accommodate up to 10 people. A beautiful enclosed garden of 500m2 for the younger ones to play in, and 2 lovely terraces for the older ones to relax. Finally, there are two bathrooms each with a large walk-in shower. One of them has a toilet, and you will find another independent one.
For your convenience, you can park 2 cars in the private driveway, and also in front of the house if needed for a third.
