Ideally located, close to the town centre and the most beautiful beaches on the island, it can accommodate up to 6 people in a calm and family-friendly environment, with a lovely view of the garden.
Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden, with sunbeds at your disposal, perfect for peaceful family moments. The 20 m² terrace, fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue, will be ideal for your outdoor meals and summer evenings after a day at the beach.
Inside, the entrance opens directly onto a lovely, friendly living area. The living room has a sofa, two armchairs and a television, offering a comfortable space to gather as a family after a long day of exploring the island. Adjacent but independent, the kitchen with ceramic hobs is fully equipped: fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and everything necessary for cooking. It also has a table that can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people to share your meals.
On the night side, the house offers 2 bedrooms as well as an additional mezzanine space:
