Just a few minutes from the beach, this pleasant house of 80 m² located in Notre-Dame-de-Monts welcomes you for a friendly stay with family or friends. Able to accommodate up to 7 people, it offers a comfortable and warm setting with a view of the garden, ideal for fully enjoying the Vendée coast.

Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden shaded by a superb pine tree, perfect for moments of relaxation in the open air. A beautiful 35 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and an electric plancha will allow you to share delicious meals and enjoy sunny days.

Inside, upon entering the house, you will discover a welcoming and bright living space. The lounge comprises a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a television as well as a decorative stove that brings a warm touch to the whole. Nearby, the dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 7 people to share convivial moments. The open-plan American kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything needed to cook as at home.

On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- Mezzanine: A double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190)

The house also has a shower room with shower and hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet.

Two parking spaces are available in the courtyard, just in front of the house.
