This 90 m² house will be perfect for a family or friends' holiday, it can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. Located in Penmarch, you can take the opportunity to visit the neighbouring beaches, cultural heritage, Audierne Bay by taking the solar wind route and don't forget to stop and savour good seafood on the port.
The house's garden is undoubtedly an ideal meeting place, during fine weather, you can gather there for good barbecues, or around a good cup of coffee in the small garden lounge with its pallet bench, surrounded by flowers and greenery.
You will also find a veranda that will allow you to enjoy a moment of rest and a view of the garden, where you will find a sofa and a bar.

The living area is beautifully decorated, the large dining table offers you a view of the garden and makes you want to gather there to share good food and moments of conviviality, then the lounge is a cosy place to gather to play board games or to watch a good film on the television.
As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped and organised around a white bar table, you will find everything you need to prepare your specialities (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, cafetière, toaster, raclette machine, kettle and citrus press).

The night space is composed of 4 bedrooms, two of which have double beds, ideal for parents or couples, the third will be perfect for children with its bunk bed, and finally the fourth will delight teenagers or a duo, as it is equipped with two single beds.

Located just 3 km from the superb fine sandy beach of Ster, perfect for swimming, and close to the famous surf spots of Pors Carn and La Torche, you will also be just a stone's throw from the famous GR34 coastal path for superb hikes along the ocean. It is the perfect starting point for discovering southern Pays Bigouden and its specialities.

Pass through the front door and let yourself be seduced by a large living space of over 60 m², elegantly decorated and bright, with direct access to the terrace. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.

Share your meals around the large dining table that can accommodate up to 7 guests, or settle in the veranda to enjoy a convivial moment in front of the television, while enjoying natural light. In the evening, relax in the living room, with its large comfortable sofa, coffee table and a second television. A bathroom with walk-in shower and an independent toilet complete the ground floor.
