For a family holiday in the south of the Bigouden region, we offer you this new 100 m² house, set on a large enclosed garden of 800 m². Located 300 m from the coast, with a walking path, you will discover an ideal setting for walks and outdoor activities.
Designed to accommodate 8 people, the house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will discover a large living area, with a brand new and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. You will find induction hobs, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a capsule coffee maker (Nespresso type) will help you start the day well.
Facing the kitchen, the large dining room table welcomes you for your meals. You can also eat on the terrace and enjoy delicious barbecue grills. The tour of the living space ends with the lounge, which has a corner sofa and a television, so you can relax in front of a good film or get excited about a sporting event. The ground floor continues with a master bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and an adjoining bathroom with shower, as well as an independent toilet.
On the upper floor, three bedrooms are available to you: the green bedroom, with a double bed (140x190), the flowery bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), and the exotic bedroom, which also has 2 single beds (90x190). Another bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer is also located on the upper floor, as well as an independent toilet.
For your comfort, a washing machine is available for your use. You will also be able to park two vehicles on the plot.

Welcome to Penmarc'h, in this family home located just a stone's throw from the Torche surf spots, in Bigouden country.
Spacious, bright and easy to live in, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Here, you can easily get to Ster beach which is just a few metres away, but also enjoy the large garden, completely enclosed, where children can play safely. Ideal for drying wetsuits when returning from the beach, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet.
