Welcome to Penmarc'h, in this paradise of Southern Finistère, between wild beaches, legendary waves appreciated by surfers from all over Europe and authentic Breton atmosphere. Located in the immediate vicinity of the coastal path GR34, the coastal path will lead you to the charming port of Kérity and its market in one direction and in the other direction to the fishing port of Guilvinec and its fishing city. It is the ideal stopover for a family in search of activities, nature and comfort.
House of 139m2, spacious, bright and easy to live in, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Here, you can easily reach the Ster beach which is located a few metres away, but you can also enjoy the large outdoor space (2600m2) fully enclosed that the house has, where children can play safely, dry wetsuits or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. The fully equipped south-facing terrace invites you to share meals outdoors.
You will find a bright dining room thanks to its opening overlooking the garden, then a cosy living room, ideal for a TV moment. As for the kitchen, it is independent and you will find everything necessary to prepare your specialities (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press).
Once night has fallen, you will be able to rest in one of the four rooms in the house, the first three are equipped with double beds and the last one has two twin beds.
For an even more pleasant stay, the accommodation also has a bathroom, two toilets, a washing machine, a steam station, an ironing board, a hairdryer, a barbecue, a high chair, a baby bed and three parking spaces.
