Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers. You will appreciate its large unfenced garden with garden furniture and a private area for dining outdoors. The rest of the garden is shared with the adjoining holiday home, with respect for everyone's peace and quiet.
For group stays, the adjoining cottage can be rented as an additional option, subject to availability (REF: hoomy12632)

Come and discover this charming house located in Penmarch, in South Finistère just a few metres from the sea. You will appreciate its garden ideal for enjoying barbecues, as well as its beautiful sea view from the living area.
This house accessible by a staircase and which has two, is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties or for young children, moreover, with its small surface area, very well optimised, we recommend it for 4 to 5 travellers but it has 6 beds.
Upon your arrival, you will discover the living area with its lounge corner equipped with a sofa, an armchair, a **television** and a **stove**, ideal for moments of relaxation in front of a film or to admire the sea view. The kitchen, open to the rest of the living area and well equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
