Located in the immediate vicinity of the coastal path GR34, the coastal path will lead you to the charming port of Kérity and its market, as well as to the fishing port of Guilvinec and its fishing museum. It is the ideal stopover for a family of surfers in search of activities, nature and comfort.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a large living area of over 45m2 with access to the terrace and garden. The open, modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and provides you with everything necessary to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle and toaster are also available. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people, or enjoy beautiful days by having lunch outside on the terrace. The living room, cosy and comfortable, invites you to extend your evenings on the sofas, facing the television.
The night area consists of three bedrooms. On the ground floor, a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) opens directly onto the living room. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200 cm) and a storage wardrobe, as well as another bedroom equipped with two large single beds (140x190 cm each) and a wardrobe, ideal for teenagers or children.
The accommodation has two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower, the other upstairs with a bathtub and toilet. A second independent toilet is also located on the ground floor.
For greater comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal.
Additional heaters are available if necessary.
You will be able to park up to three vehicles in the courtyard and can store bicycles, paddles or surfboards in the garage.
