Located in the immediate vicinity of the GR34 coastal path, the coastal path will take you to the charming port of Kérity and its market, as well as to the fishing port of Guilvinec and its fishing city. It's the ideal stopover for a family of surfers seeking activities, nature and comfort.
Pass through the front door and discover a large living space of over 45m2 with access to the terrace and garden. The open, modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and provides you with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle and toaster are also at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people, or take advantage of the fine weather to have lunch outside on the terrace. The lounge, cosy and comfortable, invites you to extend your evenings on the sofas, facing the television.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms. On the ground floor, a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) opens directly onto the lounge. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200 cm) and a storage wardrobe, as well as another bedroom equipped with two large single beds (140x190 cm each) and a wardrobe, ideal for teenagers or children.
The accommodation has two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower, the other upstairs with a bathtub and toilet. A second independent toilet is also located on the ground floor.
For your comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal.
Supplementary heaters are available if necessary.
You will be able to park up to three vehicles in the courtyard and will be able to store bicycles, paddles or surfboards in the garage.
