For a relaxing holiday, combining beach and nature, we have found this house and its large garden for you, located in the Kérity area of Penmarch. Built along a cycle path, enjoy long bike rides through the South Bigouden region. Built on a fenced plot of 1500 m², this 110 m² house, designed to accommodate 9 people (maximum 6 adults and 3 children), offers a fantastic playground for outdoor activities, for both young and old.
Spread over two levels, you will first discover the ground floor, with an independent and fully equipped kitchen. You will find there an oven, a microwave, a gas hob, as well as a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker will be at your disposal to start the day well.
On the living side, you will all be able to gather in the dining room around a large convivial table to share good meals. Another possibility: the terrace, with its garden furniture and charcoal barbecue, ideal for delicious grilled dishes. To relax, the lounge has a large corner sofa and a television.
Always at this level, you will find a master bedroom with a large king-size bed (180x200) and its adjoining bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor, three other bedrooms are available to you: the large bedroom of 23 m² and the blue bedroom, both of which have a double bed (140x190). The third bedroom, the pink bedroom, will be the ideal haven for your children, thanks to its bunk bed, with a double bed (140) at the bottom and a single bed in a mezzanine, ideal for a child. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this level.
The house also has a back kitchen with a refrigerator, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, as well as two independent toilets. You will be able to park 2 vehicles on the plot.
