Only a few minutes from the beaches of Penmarch, this pleasant family home of 120 m² welcomes you for a stay with family or friends, up to 10 people. With its sea view, enclosed garden and warm spaces, it offers an ideal setting to make the most of your holiday on the Breton coast.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing and sharing good times in the open air. A 20 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, will allow you to enjoy your meals with family or friends whilst taking advantage of the beautiful sunny days.
Inside, you will discover a beautiful living space decorated with taste and warmth. The lounge, furnished with a comfortable sofa, several armchairs, a wood-burning stove and a small television in a cabinet, invites you to relax after a day at the beach. The dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 10 people to share good meals in a convivial atmosphere. Adjacent to this room, the independent kitchen, equipped with gas hobs, has everything you need to cook as at home: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster and kettle. A glazed door provides direct access to the terrace and garden.
On the sleeping side, the house has 5 bedrooms spread over two levels:
