You will have the privilege of having the beach less than 400 meters away, almost with your feet in the water! Imagine being able to refresh yourself in the ocean at any time of the day or simply walk along the Breton beaches, a comfort you won't be able to do without. In the garden, you will find furniture for optimal comfort, as well as a barbecue for the summer. You can enjoy beach games, board games, and books for adults and children, for convivial moments.
This charming house welcomes you with a living room/dining room space, including a large table for convivial meals, a television and a sofa. The open kitchen is fully equipped: you will find an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a Cookeo, a toaster, as well as all the dishes and utensils necessary for cooking.
You will also discover two bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 190) each, as well as a third bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190). The two 140x200 beds have recently been replaced with new bedding. A travel crib is also available.
You will also find a bathroom equipped with a hair dryer.
A washing machine and a dryer are also available in the garage area. A high chair is available.
You will find a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher in case of emergency.
