Come and discover Penvénan, a charming village where the ideal house awaits you for your holiday. This 90 m² house can accommodate up to six people, perfect for a stay with family or friends.
You will have the privilege of having the beach less than 400 metres away, practically with your feet in the water! Imagine being able, at any time of day, to cool off in the ocean or simply take a stroll along the Breton beaches, a comfort you won't be able to do without. In the garden, you will find furniture for optimal comfort, as well as a barbecue for the summer. You will be able to enjoy beach games, board games, as well as books for adults and children, for convivial moments.
This charming house welcomes you with a lounge/dining room space, featuring a large table for convivial meals, a television and a sofa. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a Cookeo, a toaster, as well as all the crockery and utensils necessary for cooking.
You will also discover two bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 190) each, as well as a third bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190). The two 140x200 beds have recently been replaced with new bedding. A travel cot is also at your disposal.
You will also find a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are also at your disposal in the garage space. A high chair is available.
You will find a first aid kit as well as a fire extinguisher in case of emergency.
