Welcome to Port-Blanc, on the wild coast of Côtes-d'Armor, in a characterful house ideally situated just a stone's throw from the beaches and sailing school. A former annex of a hotel, this dwelling with atypical charm is perfect for family holidays, where you will find board games and everything you need to feel at home. With a generous surface area of 200 m², it can accommodate up to 14 travellers (12 adults and 2 children) and offers vast living spaces as well as a large enclosed garden of 800 m², conducive to outdoor relaxation.
This house invites total disconnection: it is deliberately not equipped with television or Wi-Fi, but 5G works.
Outside, the enclosed garden of 800 m² surrounds the house. A terrace of 30m2 facing due south will allow you to enjoy the fine weather thanks to its garden furniture, a large outdoor table, sun loungers and a gas plancha for your summer meals. A table tennis table and beach games are kindly provided.
Cross the threshold of the house and discover a bright, spacious living area with a lounge and dining space that can accommodate up to 14 people. A wood-burning stove adds a warm touch for cooler evenings. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped: it has a large refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, gas hobs, a dishwasher as well as all the necessary small appliances. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker are at your disposal. You will also find a second lounge, which can serve as a games room or reading room, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor. A double bedroom offers direct access to the garden (140x190 cm bed), a second double bedroom is equipped with a 140x190 cm bed, and a third bedroom has a bunk bed (90x190 cm), ideal for children. A shower room with shower, two sinks and WC completes this space.
On the upper floor, you will find five additional bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a washbasin, two others have a single bed (90x190 cm) and a washbasin, and the last bedroom includes two single beds (90x190 cm) with a washbasin. A study-library-games room is also available, as well as a shower room with a washbasin and separate toilets.
Parking is possible in the courtyard in front of the house (4-5 cars).
