For your holiday in Piriac-sur-Mer, we have found this beautiful new house for you, designed for 8 people, with a fenced garden overlooking a green space. Away from the road, you will appreciate this clear view and the lovely terrace, with its garden furniture and gas barbecue for eating outside and preparing delicious grilled dishes. Through the large bay windows of the living room, you will discover a spacious living area with contemporary and carefully designed decor.
At the back of the room is a beautiful white kitchen, new and fully equipped. You will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob to cook delicious little dishes. A dishwasher is also there to make your life easier. For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker will help you start the day well. Just next to it, a lovely friendly dining table will allow you to gather for delicious moments.
Feeling like relaxing? A TV lounge will allow you to watch a good film, vibrate in front of sporting events or simply extend your evenings. On the ground floor, you will also find a master suite whose bay window overlooks the garden terrace. You will sleep in a Queen Size bed (160/200).
