This house in Piriac-sur-Mer is located just a few steps from the beach and the Port, so you will be able to easily take walks by the water, try your hand at rock pooling, enjoy a sea bath or laze about on the warm sand.
In addition to its location, the house has a large terrace, ideal for starting the day or for enjoying good grilled skewers on the barbecue.
The 90 m² house can accommodate up to 6 people, you will find a bright living space, the dining room invites you to gather around good meals and the lounge will be ideal for a moment of relaxation in front of the TV or to read a book.
As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped to provide you with maximum convenience, you will find induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press.
The sleeping area is divided into three bedrooms, all have a double bed, you just have to choose the colour you prefer, pink, green or brown.
For even more convenience, you will also find a shower room, a bathroom, two toilets, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a hairdryer, a barbecue and a parking space.

la proximité du centre ville à pied, l'espace pour chaque couple dans la maison. Une maison bien équipée et un grand terrain pour jouer aux boules, au Molkye et pour déjeuner dehors également.

Come and stay in this charming seaside house that can accommodate up to 6 people. You will appreciate its comfort, its pleasant garden and its beautiful wooden terrace fitted and raised, ideal for sharing good meals around the plancha.
Ideally situated just 150 metres from the beach, it will allow you to fully enjoy the pleasures of the coast and swimming at any time of day. From the bedroom located upstairs, you can even catch a glimpse of the sea.
