The billiards, table football, ping-pong table, but also the trampoline, swing, and multiple ball or racket games will surely offer you unforgettable moments with family or friends. Its tree-lined park overlooking a pleasant forest path, its immediate access to the coastal hiking trail and its proximity to the beach, everything in this house is designed so that you only want one thing: to enjoy! And if you want to have a seafood platter delivered, you have a mussel farmer right next door. It can be a bit noisy, but it's worth it for the freshness of the products!
On the ground floor, the independent kitchen, equipped with induction hobs and fitted with a fridge/freezer, microwave, traditional oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle as well as various accessories, offers a practical and functional space. The spacious living-dining room, with an unobstructed sea view, invites you to share a warm and friendly moment in front of the rotating wood stove. To relax, a television, DVD player and wifi connection are available. You will also find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, accompanied by its independent shower room and WC.
Accessible from the living room, the family suite is equipped with a double bed and a single bed overlooking the park with a private terrace, as well as a large king-size bed in a mezzanine with an unobstructed sea view. A shower room with double washbasin and independent WCs upstairs and downstairs complete this comfortable space.
Upstairs, occupants will discover two bedrooms with double beds, a children's room with three single beds and a small additional bed, then you will find another room with a 120 cm double bed, giving access to the games room (table football and billiards), and finally a small room equipped with baby furniture (bed, high chair, bathtub).
