Outside, you will enjoy a large enclosed and tree-lined garden, ideal for relaxing in complete peace and quiet. The terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue will be perfect for sharing outdoor meals whilst admiring the sea view.

Inside, from the entrance, you will be seduced by the generous volumes and brightness of the living spaces. The lounge, comfortable and welcoming, has a sofa, several armchairs, a television, a decorative fireplace as well as a piano, bringing a unique charm to the whole. The large windows offer an unobstructed view of the sea. The adjoining dining room, with its large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests, is ideal for sharing good times.
