Facing the sea and just a few metres from Jospinet beach, this superb 200 m² house welcomes you for a memorable stay with family or friends in Planguenoual. Spacious, warm and fully equipped, it offers a superb view of the ocean and privileged access to the surrounding nature.
Outside, you will enjoy a large enclosed and tree-lined garden, ideal for relaxing in complete peace and quiet. The terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue will be perfect for sharing outdoor meals whilst admiring the sea view.
Inside, from the entrance, you will be seduced by the generous volumes and brightness of the living spaces. The lounge, comfortable and welcoming, has a sofa, several armchairs, a television, a decorative fireplace as well as a piano, bringing a unique charm to the whole. The large windows offer an unobstructed view of the sea. The adjoining dining room, with its large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests, is ideal for sharing good times. The independent kitchen, fully equipped (ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle), will allow you to cook as at home.
On the night side, the house has 5 bedrooms, each benefiting from a magnificent sea view:

- Bedroom 2 (1st floor): a single bed (90x190), fitted as an office
