The rooms of the house preserve their old stones and exposed beams on the ceiling, which add an undeniable charm, with a large wood-burning stove warming the atmosphere in winter for convivial moments by the fire.

This stone house of 138 m² has a dining area with a large table. It is open to the living room with its sofa, television and wood stove. You will also discover, on the ground floor, a fully equipped open kitchen with its oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to cook in complete peace of mind. You will also have access to the first bedroom with a double bed (140/190) as well as the first bathroom.

Upstairs, you will access the two other bedrooms: one of them has a double bed and the second, two single beds (90/190). A workspace is also available if you need to telework. You will also find a mezzanine with an additional double bed if needed, as well as a second bathroom with a separate toilet. The house has a washing machine and three parking spaces for total comfort.

The garden space is equipped with furniture to fully enjoy the outdoors and its salt water pool, open between mid-June and mid-September.

A stone's throw from the famous Lascaux caves, the Vézère and its nature activities (hiking, canoeing, castle visits), you will also be in the heart of a gourmet region, renowned for its foie gras, truffles and local markets. Step into the courtyard, climb a few steps to the terrace, then push the front door: you are welcomed into a warm hall. On the right, a spacious living room invites you to relax, ideal for meeting up with family or friends around the sofa, coffee table and television. On the left, the independent kitchen, fully equipped (fridge, freezer, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to cook.
