You access the house via stairs, which lead to a magnificent terrace of 25 m² on two levels. The first offers a large relaxation area with its two outdoor sofas, as well as a beautiful dining space where you can enjoy good grilled dishes made on the barbecue. On the upper level, a solarium area with sunbeds to take good sunbaths.
We then enter the house and discover a large living space with a welcoming dining room, equipped with 8 chairs that invite you to sit down around a good meal.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will be ideally positioned between two beautiful beaches. The major asset of this house: its heated swimming pool, available from 1 May to 28 September. The lovely 120 m² terrace will be perfect for enjoying meals or moments of relaxation in the open air. On clear days, you can see the sea from the terrace, and from the upstairs bedroom.
On the ground floor, you will discover a large living room with a new and fully equipped kitchen. To prepare your meals, you will find an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher for added comfort. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso will help you start the day well. The kitchen also has a dining area where you can gather around the large table, between two large bay windows, to have your meals together.
