Welcome to Villa Libeccio! Located on the market square of Pléneuf-Val-André, above a bar-restaurant and especially 190 m from the beach, this atypical and charming house is designed to accommodate 8 people who enjoy lively and bustling neighbourhoods.
Access to the house is via stairs, which lead to a magnificent 25 m² terrace on two levels. The first offers a large relaxation area with two outdoor sofas, as well as a beautiful dining space where you can enjoy good grilled dishes made on the barbecue. On the upper level, a solarium with sunbeds for taking good sunbaths.
You then enter the house and discover a large living area with a friendly dining room, equipped with 8 chairs that invite you to sit around a good meal.
To prepare this meal, head to the kitchen, where you will find two refrigerators, a freezer, a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare good little dishes. For breakfast, there is a toaster, a kettle and two coffee makers (one filter, the other Nespresso pods).
A TV lounge is located at the other end of the room, with a bay window that allows access to the outside of the house. Here you will find another more secret terrace, where you can sit around its round table.
The house tour ends on this floor with a shower room and an independent WC.
The sleeping area is located on the next floor, where there are 4 bedrooms. One of them has a King size bed (180/200), the others have a double bed. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a desk if you need a teleworking space.
The accommodation does not have parking, but the market car park 50 m away is free. The market takes place every Friday.

Come and discover with family or friends the beautiful seaside resort of Pléneuf-Val-André, by staying in this magnificent modern house, which can accommodate up to 10 people.
Located at the end of a dead-end street, you will be ideally positioned between two magnificent beaches. The major asset of this house: its heated swimming pool, available from 1st May to 28th September. The lovely 120 m² terrace will be perfect for enjoying meals or moments of relaxation in the open air. On clear days, you can see the sea from the terrace, and the bedroom upstairs.
On the ground floor, you will discover a large living area with a new and fully equipped kitchen. To prepare your meals, you will find an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher for more comfort. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso will help you start the day well. The kitchen also has a dining area where you can gather around the large table, between two large bay windows, to have your meals together. At the back of the room, a comfortable lounge with a video projector awaits you for your cinema evenings.
