Come and discover the beautiful seaside resort of Pléneuf-Val-André with family or friends, by staying in this magnificent modern house, which can accommodate up to 10 people.
Located at the end of a quiet lane, you will be ideally positioned between two magnificent beaches. The major asset of this house: its heated swimming pool, available from 1st May to 28th September. The lovely terrace of 120 m² will be perfect for enjoying meals or moments of relaxation in the open air. On clear days, you will be able to see the sea from the terrace, and the bedroom upstairs.
On the ground floor, you will discover a large living space with a new and fully equipped kitchen. To prepare your meals, you will find an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher for added comfort. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso will help you start the day well. The kitchen also has a dining area where you can gather around the large table, between two large bay windows, to have your meals together. At the back of the room, a comfortable lounge with a video projector awaits you for your cinema evenings.
In the back kitchen, a washing machine is also at your disposal.
Always on the ground floor, you will find an independent toilet, a shower, a bedroom with a Queen-size bed, as well as a bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet.
On the upper floor, four bedrooms await you. In the first, a double bed (140x190) and a desk. In the second and third, a double bed. In the last bedroom, two single beds (80x200) that can be joined together to form a large Queen-size bed, and a wardrobe. A shower room with shower, sink, simple mirror and WC, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a sink with backlit mirror, complete this level.
For greater comfort, you will be able to park one vehicle on the plot, and another in front of the house at the end of the cul-de-sac.
