Comfortably equipped and offering a pleasant view over a large tree-lined garden, it is an ideal base for a family or friends' holiday on the Penthièvre Coast.
Outside, you will enjoy a large garden conducive to relaxation and outdoor games. The terrace, facing west and furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, will allow you to share good meals outdoors and make the most of long Breton days. Both children and adults will also appreciate the presence of a table tennis table, perfect for entertainment between trips to the beach.
Inside, you enter directly into a vast, welcoming living space. The lounge, furnished with two comfortable sofas, several armchairs, a decorative fireplace, a television and a DVD player, is the ideal place to gather after a day of exploring the region. In the adjoining room, the independent kitchen has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Fully equipped, it includes gas hobs, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, **filter and Nespresso coffee makers**, a toaster, a kettle and everything needed to cook with complete independence.
On the night side, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms:

Welcome to Villa Libeccio! Located on the market square of Pléneuf-Val-André, above a bar-restaurant and especially 190 m from the beach, this atypical and charming house is made to welcome 8 people who love to enjoy lively and bustling neighbourhoods.
The house is accessed via stairs, which lead to a magnificent 25 m² terrace on two levels. The first offers a large relaxation area with its two outdoor sofas, as well as a lovely dining area where you can enjoy good grilled food cooked on the barbecue. On the upper level, a solarium area with sun loungers to enjoy some good sunbathing.
We then enter the house and discover a large living space with a welcoming dining room, equipped with its 8 armchairs that invite you to settle around a good meal.
To prepare this meal, head to the kitchen, where you will find two refrigerators, a freezer, a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare good dishes. For breakfast, there is a toaster, a kettle and two coffee makers (one with filters, the other with Nespresso pods).
A TV lounge is located at the other end of the room, with a bay window that provides access to the outside of the house. There is another more secluded terrace where you can sit around its round table.
The visit of the house ends on this floor with a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet.
The sleeping area is located on the next floor, where there are 4 bedrooms. One of them has a King size bed (180/200), the others have a double bed. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a desk if you need a teleworking space.
The accommodation does not have parking, but the market car park 50 m away is free. The market takes place every Friday.
