Are you looking to relax with family or friends? This is the ideal house, it can comfortably accommodate nine people. Modernly built, you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. Its outdoor space, with its sea view, will undoubtedly be one of your favorite places. Its heated pool will allow you to cool off after sunbathing and the terrace invites you to enjoy good meals while enjoying the view.
Inside, you will find a long dining room, it invites you to sit around the large table in order to share moments of conviviality. It is open to a modern and fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer).
As for the living room, it is a cozy corner where you will like to meet up in front of a movie on TV.
The house has four bedrooms, all of which will provide you with great comfort for a good night's sleep. The first three have a large double bed and the last will delight children or a family with its bunk bed (double bed at the bottom and single at the top).
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the house also has two bathrooms, two toilets, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a travel bed, a gas barbecue, a PlayStation with 3 controllers and two parking spaces.
* the outdoor arrangements are in progress, some cladding is still missing. The pool is not fenced but has a safety curtain up to standards. It is heated from 17/05 to 28/09.
