    Located in Pléneuf-Val-André, near the beaches and coastal paths, this beautiful house of 120 m² welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Spacious, bright and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 8 people in a quiet environment with a view of the garden.

    Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden ideal for letting children play in complete peace of mind. A 43 m² terrace fitted with garden furniture, sun loungers and a plancha will allow you to share good convivial moments outdoors, between sunny meals and summer evenings.

    Inside, the house opens onto a large, warm and bright living area. The living room, fitted with two sofas, two armchairs and a television, invites relaxation. The dining area, with its large table that can accommodate up to 8 people, is perfect for sharing meals. The open-plan and modern kitchen features a central island and is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle and a raclette machine.

    On the night side, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms:
    - Bedroom 1 (ground floor): King Size bed (180x200), television and private bathroom with shower and hair dryer
    - Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 (upstairs): each equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200)

    A second bathroom with a shower is available upstairs. Two independent toilets, one on each level, complete the accommodation.

    Two parking spaces are available outside on the plot, in front of the garage. You will also have the possibility to store up to 5 bicycles safely inside it.

    For greater convenience, the house also has a washing machine, an iron, a travel cot and a high chair.

      Welcome to Villa Libeccio! Located on the market square of Pléneuf-Val-André, above a bar-restaurant and especially 190 m from the beach, this atypical and charming house is designed to accommodate 8 people who love enjoying lively and vibrant neighbourhoods.

      You access the house via stairs, which lead to a magnificent terrace of 25 m² on two levels. The first offers a large relaxation area with its two outdoor sofas, as well as a beautiful dining space where you can enjoy good grilled dishes made on the barbecue. On the upper level, a solarium area with sunbeds to take good sunbaths.

      We then enter the house and discover a large living space with a welcoming dining room, equipped with 8 chairs that invite you to sit down around a good meal.

      To prepare this meal, head, to where you'll find two find two refrigwayefreezer, a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishand dishwasher and everything needed needed to prepare good little dishes. .
