Just a few minutes from the beaches of the Emerald Coast and the charming towns of Dinard and Saint-Malo, this pleasant house of 100 m² located in Pleurtuit welcomes you for a family stay in peace and quiet. Fully equipped and warm, it can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child in a peaceful environment with a view of a lovely tree-lined garden.

Outside, you will enjoy a 10 m² terrace and a large garden furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, allowing you to share good meals and make the most of beautiful sunny days in a green setting.

Inside, from your arrival, you will discover a beautiful, welcoming and bright living space. The lounge, furnished with two comfortable sofas, two armchairs and a decorative fireplace, invites you to relax after a day of discoveries on the coast. The adjoining dining room has a large table that can accommodate up to 6 people to share your meals in a warm atmosphere. A large bay window opens onto the garden and brings beautiful light to the entire room. The open-plan American kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as at home.

On the night side, the house has 3 bedrooms located upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: a single bed (80x190), ideal for a child

A bathroom with bathtub, toilet and hairdryer is available upstairs. An independent toilet is also present on the ground floor for added comfort.

A private parking space will be at your disposal outside, right in front of the house.

To make your stay easier, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board as well as a travel cot.
