Welcome to Lesconil, where this large fully equipped family house offers you all the comfort necessary to discover the Pays Bigouden. Able to accommodate up to 9 people, it features a lovely enclosed garden and a 30 m² terrace with a barbecue ideal for summer outdoor meals. Only 700 meters from the port and the beach, it allows easy walking access to local shops and activities. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate water sports around the port, surfing sessions in the Bay of Audierne, or hiking on the GR34 trail, just steps from the house.

Pass through the garden, open the entrance door and discover a large living room of 55 m². On your left, the modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything necessary for cooking. For your breakfasts, a toaster, a kettle, and a filter coffee maker are at your disposal. Share your meals around a large dining table that can accommodate 9 guests. In the evening, gather with family or friends in the living area composed of two comfortable sofas, a television, and a coffee table. Behind the kitchen is the first bedroom of the accommodation, equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a dressing room. An independent toilet located under the stairs completes the ground floor.

Access the floor by the stairs. On the right, you will find two bedrooms: the first, designed for a child, is equipped with a single mezzanine bed (90x180 cm), while the second, more spacious, has a double bed (140x200 cm) and a dressing room. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a communicating shower. On the left, two other large bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a dressing room. A common bathroom with a shower and an independent toilet are also located on this floor.

For more comfort, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board are at your disposal during your stay.

You will also have a small room in the garden to store bicycles.

The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but free parking spaces are available on the street.
