Enjoy its 3 bedrooms, its heated swimming pool (open from 15 May to 30 September), its bright conservatory, its pergola and its leisure facilities: table football and pétanque court for shared moments with family or friends.
The living area consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster and kettle), a cosy lounge with television and a leisure area with table football. The bright veranda houses the dining room, ideal for sharing your meals.
Outside, enjoy a flowering garden with terrace, charcoal barbecue, pergola and heated swimming pool. A parking space is also available in front of the garage.
Night side, the house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (140x190)
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (160x200)
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x190) that can be converted into a double bed.
On the upper floor you will also find a shower room with toilet and hairdryer and an additional toilet on the ground floor.
