Located in an ideal neighbourhood for family seaside holidays, the house is only 400 metres from the beach! Whether you enjoy relaxing, cultural, or sporty holidays, in Plouguerneau you will find your happiness.
This house also has a large garden ideal for learning Breton palet games or simply lounging! You can also have your meals there thanks to the garden furniture at your disposal and enjoy barbecues all summer long!
A simple and functional house to fully enjoy the charm of the Breton coast and spend unforgettable holidays!
On the ground floor, you will find the living area including a lounge space with a sofa and television. A dining room is located next to it, with a fireplace (which is not functional). You will also find the independent kitchen, fully equipped with: a fridge/freezer, an oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking. You will have access to the first bathroom with WC.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140/190) and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed (90/190). A bathroom is also available. On the second floor, the third bedroom, with a double bed (140/190), is ideal for observing the starry sky before falling asleep. A WC is also present on this floor.
For added comfort, you will find a washing machine and two private parking spaces.
