Full of character, the house combines rusticity and comfort to welcome up to six people. Its flower-filled garden and terrace will be perfect for your family or friends' barbecues, as well as for your moments of relaxation in the sun, whilst admiring the unobstructed view over the harbour.

On the ground floor, you will find a lounge-dining room where you can admire the sea from the sofa. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine as well as all the utensils necessary for food enthusiasts. You will also find a bathroom with a hairdryer and an independent toilet.

On the upper floor, you will discover two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x190), as well as a children's bedroom with two single beds (90x190). Upon waking, when you open the shutters, you will enjoy a 180-degree view of the Aber Wrac'h!

For your convenience, a washing machine and two parking spaces are at your disposal.

Entry is via the garage in the basement: go up the stairs and discover a warm living space, opening onto two large separate balconies that go around the house. An external staircase allows you to access the garden directly from one of the balconies, perfect for making the most of fine weather. The open and modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils necessary for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people, and in the evening, you can relax in the lounge, comfortably installed facing the sea.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two have a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) and the third has a bunk bed (90x190 cm). Each of the bedrooms offers direct access to the balcony.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilets are separate for added comfort.
