This spacious and welcoming house can accommodate up to eight people. It has a major asset: its vast 600 square metre garden and terrace. You can enjoy your breakfast in the sun and enjoy dinners under the stars. Just 2 kilometres from the first beach, you can cool off and perfect your tan in complete peace and quiet.

In the house, you will find a warm living room equipped with two comfortable sofas, a television and a fireplace (non-functional). The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. You will find induction hobs, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher.
On the first floor, you will discover two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190 cm) and the other, a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and its private en-suite bathroom. An additional bathroom is also on this floor.
On the second floor, you will find the last two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm).

For your comfort, a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, a barbecue and three parking spaces are at your disposal.
The accommodation does not have a socket specially designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and prefer a dedicated charging point.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people and has a large enclosed garden, perfect for letting children play safely. Enjoy the equipped terrace and barbecue for your outdoor meals on summer evenings.
Just 2 km away, you will find fine sandy beaches and clear waters of the Côte des Légendes. Whether you are a fan of swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking or sailing, you will find what you are looking for. For nature lovers, the famous GR34 coastal path offers breathtaking scenery between dunes, coves and Breton lighthouses.

Pass through the door and discover a large, warm living space. On the left, the kitchen, separated by a glass partition, is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to cook with ease. For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso machine.
Share your meals around the dining table for 8 people or opt for the one on the terrace on fine days. In the evening, gather in the lounge with its comfortable sofa, coffee table and television.

The accommodation has 2 bathrooms. The first, with a shower, is located on the ground floor. The second, with shower and bathtub, is situated on the half-landing, just above the first steps of the staircase. A second independent toilet is also located on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. The first, ideal for children, is equipped with a bunk bed. The second is a through room (accessible via the first) and has a double bed (140x190 cm). The third is a master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm).
