This place combines charm, warmth and comfort so that your holidays, whether sporty, relaxing or cultural, are as pleasant as possible.
This beautiful chalet can accommodate up to five people comfortably. You can choose the most suitable beds thanks to the three bedrooms. The house is ideally located just 100 metres from the beach. You will also have access to a private garden and a terrace behind the chalet, ideal for outdoor meals, around a barbecue, or to relax sheltered from the wind and prying eyes, while enjoying the sun (terrace facing full south). The garden is fully enclosed, guaranteeing your tranquillity.
Moreover, you will benefit from an unobstructed sea view and, if the mood takes you, you can learn to surf or paddle. This setting is perfect for a getaway by the water!

The house is very comfortable and has everything necessary for you to have pleasant and relaxing holidays.
On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen, fully equipped with: a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking. You will also discover a cosy living room and a dining room. You will access the first bedroom, equipped with a double bed (140/190) as well as a bathroom with toilet.

Upstairs, you will find two other bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x190), and the other with a Queen Size bed (160/200).
A washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an iron are at your disposal for added comfort.

This house has three bedrooms, but its capacity is limited to a maximum of five people. You will therefore be able to choose the room you prefer, whether with a double bed or two single beds.
