Open the gate, walk along the terrace and push the entrance door. You will discover a reception hall that opens onto a vast, bright living area, directly accessing the terrace. The kitchen, open, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people or outdoors on the terrace. In the evening, gather in the cosy living room with its comfortable sofa, television and coffee table. A bathroom with shower and an independent toilet complete the ground floor.

The night space is located upstairs and consists of two bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed, a water point and private WC. The second bedroom has two single beds.

For your comfort, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are at your disposal throughout your stay.

You will also benefit from a secure space to store your bicycles, as well as a parking space in the house's courtyard.
