In Loire Atlantique, at the very south of Brittany, cross the largest bridge in France to discover La Côte De Jade. Set off to explore a varied coastline, wild creeks, beaches with various nautical activities and a history as rich as its culinary specialties.
Located at the gates of the historic district of Pornic and only 600m from "La plage de la Noëveillard", the port, shops, bars and restaurants.
"Les Iris" is a single-storey house of 90m², on a closed garden of 600 m². It has two double bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, able to accommodate up to 6 people.
The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to make you feel at home; induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine.... The living room has a television and Wi-Fi access. The sunny dining room veranda overlooks the garden. A shower room and an independent toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, a washing machine, hair dryer, travel cot, charcoal barbecue (Weber), garden furniture (table and chairs) and sunbeds are available.
Located in an ideal area for walking or cycling holidays, the rental is situated at:
- 600 m from the Blue Flag beach, "La Plage de la Noëveillard"
- 600 m from restaurants and the Leisure Port, its sea excursions and shuttles to Noirmoutier (July & August)

Excellent accueil par Isabelle , la maison est parfaitement propre et conforme aux photos et description , la cuisine est parfaitement équipée , on peut à la fois y cuisiner et prendre ses repas. Le salon est équipée de deux grands canapés confortables , et la véranda offre une belle salle à manger avec vue sur le jardin. Point important, la literie est confortable - nombreuses possibilités de rangement sous les lits et une grande penderie dans une des chambres.Le jardin est spacieux et naturel , l'environnement est très calme. Possibilité de stationnement dans la rue.La maison est très bien située , à 5 mns à pied de la plage et d'un premier restaurant , le centre de Pornic est à 10/15 mns , le bourg de Sainte-marie est à environ 15 mns à pied.On peut poser ses valises et ne pas utiliser de voiture. |
