Located at the gates of the historic district of Pornic and just 600m from "La plage de la Noëveillard", the port, shops, bars and restaurants; "Les Iris" is a single-storey house of 90m², set in an enclosed garden of 600 m². It has two double bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, able to accommodate up to 6 people.
The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home; induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine…. The lounge has a television and Wi-Fi access. (Fireplace not available) The veranda serves as a dining room and overlooks the garden. A bathroom and an independent WC complete the rental. For maximum comfort, the following are available: a washing machine, a hairdryer, a travel cot, a charcoal barbecue (Weber), garden furniture (table and chairs) and sun loungers.
Located in an ideal area for walking or cycling holidays, the rental is situated at:

Le salon est équipée de deux grands canapés confortables , et la véranda offre une belle salle à manger avec vue sur le jardin. Point important, la literie est confortable - nombreuses possibilités de rangement sous les lits et une grande penderie dans une des chambres.Le jardin est spacieux et naturel , l'environnement est très calme. Possibilité de stationnement dans la rue.La maison est très bien située , à 5 mns à pied de la plage et d'un premier restaurant , le centre de Pornic est à 10/15 mns , le bourg de Sainte-marie est à environ 15 mns à pied.On peut poser ses valises et ne pas utiliser de voiture. |
